Wiccan Alliance covens have a fixed form of rite, meaning that fundamentally the core quarterly rituals have the same base. This does not necessarily cover the rituals that are performed outside of the quarterly practice.
What happens if a Wiccan Alliance Coven wants to break away from the WA or practice outside its constraints?
In this case the coven will change its name and will no longer be an Old Horse coven
